I have over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and teams,
helping them to change in desired directions, to meet their goals. My
roles have included coach, manager, organization development
consultant, trainer, and school psychologist.
Formal academic qualifications are a Master of Science in Social
Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political
Science, a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioural Science
specializing in Managing and Consulting, from the Leadership Institute
of Seattle, and a Certification as Integral Coach™ from Integral
Coaching Canada.
I find it enormously satisfying and exciting to work with people around
changes that they deeply care about. For my own recreation and sense of
freedom, I walk by the ocean, paddle in the wilderness, read, and sing.
Meditation has been part of my day since before my sons, now 26 and 23,
were born.
Five years ago my husband and I made the life-changing decision to leave
our lives in Manitoba to pursue our dreams on the West Coast.
Education is the most powerful weapon
which you can use to change the world.
