I find it exciting to work with people around changes that they deeply care about. For my own recreation and sense of freedom, I walk by the ocean, read and sing. Meditation has been part of my day since before my sons, now 29 and 32, were born.

Ten years ago my husband and I made the life-changing decision to leave our lives in Manitoba to pursue our dreams on the West Coast.
