As coaching has become more common in executive
development, research is starting to explore the impact on
business results, in comparison to other developmental methods.
A study in 2007 conducted by Bersin and Associates of over 750
corporations, revealed that coaching had the highest impact of 62
different actions that organizations can take to improve their talent
management processes.
