Every family, and each parent, is unique. You bring your history, rugged strengths, and blind spots. You need to become the co-parent who survives, nurtures your children, and learns to thrive.

Together we will assess your situation, formulate goals, and start where you are. You will learn what you need to deal with the other parent as productively as possible.  I will support and challenge you, helping you discover new possibilities and perspectives as well as develop new ways to communicate and take action. Your children will feel the benefits of your learning.

We can work together in person, by telephone or by skype. We can schedule regular meetings, or meet when you are ready to talk through a decision or an issue.

The first years post-separation can feel overwhelming; I know, having lived it myself. It does get better.
